NFS ÇELİK YAPI İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ runs this site to present heavy steel construction and contracting, and to receive B2B enquiries. The legal notice, with the controller’s identity and your rights, is the KVKK page. This page says the same thing in plain language.

It covers the public pages, the contact form, the quote form and the weight calculators. Staff sign-in at /admin is separate. The policy is not a contract and not a legal opinion.

If you send the form, we receive your name, optional company, email, phone, optional subject, optional project type and the message. The record is marked as contact or quote, with the date. Before you send, the form links to the KVKK notice.

Staff who can sign in read the record. If outbound email is switched on, a copy is sent to the Company inbox. The form record does not contain a field for your IP address.

The list is stored only in your browser, under the name nfs-calculation-list. It can hold profile, size, length, quantity and weight. The optional unit price is not stored and is not sent. Nothing reaches us unless you attach the list to a quote. Clearing the site data deletes the list.

The language cookie remembers TR or EN. Details, including what is strictly necessary and what is not, are in the Cookie Policy. There is no consent banner. A Google measurement or ads tag loads only if that ID is configured. The Board does not treat those tags as strictly necessary, so the ID is left unset until an opt-in panel exists.

The contact page can show the published addresses in an embedded Google map. The embed may let Google set its own cookies. The written address is on the page without the map. A directions link, a WhatsApp link or a phone link leaves this site. From that moment Google, Meta or your phone provider applies its own rules.

The host that keeps the site, and an email service if sending is switched on. We do not sell form data and we do not use it for unrelated advertising. Transfers abroad follow KVKK Article 9, as the KVKK page explains. This policy does not publish a standard-contract number.

Long enough to answer the enquiry and, if the correspondence becomes part of a contract or a commercial book, for the statutory period. The browser list stays until you delete it. We do not publish an internal destruction calendar on this page.

The site is for business customers. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Form records sit behind the admin sign-in. No site can promise that a record can never be reached by the wrong person. We do not claim a security certificate that has not been published.

You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction or deletion when the reason has ended, and object to a result produced only by automated analysis. If the site changes — a new form field, a measurement ID, a published registration number — this page and the date above change with it.
